John R. Holland - Graphic Designer, Copywriter - Graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. With a great interest in movies, his love of art is a love of every facet of this particular medium. From direction, costume and set design, cinematography and the cleverness in the creation of posters and movie trailers, his skills and interests in his own artistic endeavors tend toward the cinematic. Large, progressive ideas that value style in conjunction with practicality. An education in classics as well as the digital medium focuses him on the time-honored traditions and procedures of advertising artists as well as a young, dynamic approach to web design which is, essentially, the newest frontier of advertising, communication, sharing, and documentation.

Jeri D. Holland - Webmaster, Website Planner - Graduate of Clark State University with an Associate of Science Degree. She has also held an intense passion for documenting her family, both past and present. She values history and is dedicated to it’s documentation, in particular that of her own home town as can be seen in her various personally spearheaded websites. Years of Internet management as well as the operation of the technology behind it’s methods of communication make her well adept at juggling the programs, files and media needed for a successful, beautiful and user-friendly website. She is also the voice behind Holland Web Design, able to articulate the needs of clients as well as the assortment of complicated technical issues involved in making something tangible out of digital code. That is the most overlooked accomplishment, distilling raw information and cold computer languages into something that will be the pride of the client. A website to engage, sell, store and/or present the client in the best light.

How long will it take to create my website ?

Depending on the size, most web sites are ready within three weeks. Some sites only take a couple days but please allow for more depending on the complexity of the website you are requesting.

Who does the creating of the websites?

The website is created by both John and Jeri who work together to cooperate the clients needs and wants. listed in the portfolio page along with many more.

What if I want to add to or update my website?

We'll be happy to update or add to your site as much as you like.  New pages can be made for the same per page fee as your original pages.  Changes to existing pages can be made at $5 per page. 

Can I order CD's of the website?

You sure can. Your first CD is $25 and additional CDs are only $10 each.

Does it cost extra for a commercial (business) website?

This all depends on the size of the company and how many hits the website is expected to get. 

How long can my site be hosted and how can I renew my domain name once it expires?

We can host your site for as long as you would like.  Additional hosting beyond one year  requires renewing the domain name.  The fee for renewal is $20 for each additional year.

How do I send you my photos for the website?

Digital copies of photos can be sent via email or mailed on a CD.  JPEG format is preferable at a 72ppi (pixels per inch) resolution. If unfamiliar with JPEG and ppi, we will help you out with any questions or concerns.

What if I don't own a digital camera or a scanner?

We will take original photos through conventional mail and scan them for website use. For non-commercial websites the first 10 pictures are at no additional cost after that $10 per 10 photos.
